Sales Manager : UAE & GCC (2 Openings) - Ref EC SM/01

We are looking for an exceptional sales manager with a proven track record to deliver tremendous sales growth in the GCC region.


  • The ideal candidate would be an Arab National or a fluent in Arabic and English.
  • The ideal age profile would fit individuals between 30 to 40 years.
  • You would preferably be an MBA holder or have at least 10 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • You must have an outstanding sales track record, within the GCC region.
  • UAE driving License is a must.

The successful candidate would have to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, with very good communication skills. You would need to be able to lead multi cultural teams successfully and be result oriented.                                     


Division Manager: Glass and Aluminum - Ref EC DM/01

Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced, motivated achiever to take charge of the Production, Marketing, Administration, Planning, Costing and Budgeting. As Division Manager, you will be responsible for forming and leading the trading team as a profitable venture.


Quality Assurance Manager - Ref EC QAM/01


  • A Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or around ten years' related experience and/or training required.
  • A Minimum 5 + years experience in a lead quality capacity, preferably in manufacturing oriented environment.
    Comprehensive Knowledge of Six Sigma Tools Green Belt Certification preferred.
  • Relevant Experience in ISO and TS quality support systems Internal Training preferred.
  • Proven record of initiating worker training programs and managing quality processes in day to day operations.
  • Proven success in the design, implementation, and testing of QA processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and Executing Quality objectives in line with the corporate policies and goals.
  • Align manufacturing processes to international standards
  • Undertake analysis, inspection, design and testing of upcoming products or components.
  • Review all design documentation, vendor quality manuals and company quality records
  • Apply Six Sigma tools to reduce or eliminate defects and limit the effects of poor quality on end products.
  • Review data obtained during all QC and QA audits to ensure consistency with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Familiarity with government and industry quality codes and standards.


Sales Team & Sales Coordinator : (8 Openings) - Ref EC ST/01
U.A.E, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate sales team meetings and other internal processes
  • Perform sales specific administrative duties related to monthly metrics reporting across multiple channels
  • Process multiple information inputs from different reporting channels into concise monthly progress summaries
  • Undertake complete management of channel specific sales information utilizing existing tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customer queries.
  • Ability to multitask and perform administrative duties in addition to duties outlined above would be a distinctive advantage
