A 10 Acres Design, Production and Operations facility has been constructed in Banatski Karlovac, Serbia which opened on November 8th 2012. This facility is the European Headquarters and Design Centre as well as the manufacturing base for composite panels, Aluminum Coil Coating line and solar technologies. Another 10 Acre facility has been acquired with the potential of being an Aeronautics Research and Development Centre.

Alubond USA acquired a 10 Acre facility in Khopoli, Mumbai for the India production plant of Alubond in association with Dacs Electrosystems Pvt Limited. This facility has a full-fledged Alubond USA brand manufacturing component and focuses mainly on the Indian market. Marketing and distribution offices in all major cities of India have already been established.
For a long time now, Alubond India has been running in the front line for providing cladding material for major projects in various cities of India. Alubond USA in a joint venture with Aldom Group has set up Alubond ALÜM?NYUM SAN.T?C.A.?. This unit is the single largest Alubond production capacity in the world on an area of 50.000 sqm with an investment exceeding 50 million USD.
The facility has installed the first in the Middle East and ASEAN fire rated A2 in addition to 1800mm width B1 production lines for ACP, a coil coating line including for wood and marble textures and manufacturing of auxiliary products like adhesive film and fire rated granules manufacturing.
Alubond USA has been contributing immensely in terms of providing its cladding material for various projects in Turkey. Some of these projects include The Bomonti International Tourism and Conference Center, Bauhaus, Agaoglu 212 Hotel, Agaoglu My Home, Fourwinds, Istanbloom, Mitsubishi Plaza, Sheraton Hotel and many more.
Alubond USA has also expanded its reach to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia with its marketing and distribution operations running on a full-fledged basis.

The joint venture is set up in Kenya comprising the full range of Alubond USA metal composite panels, ABTI sub structure systems, a fully equipped Aluminum coil coating line and a regional base for the Solar Energy solutions.

Alubond USA entered into a joint venture agreement with Alupco, the Middle East’s largest profile company to manufacture and distribute Aluminum Coil Coatings and Aluminum Composite Panels. Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Alupco is owned by the powerful Olayan group headed by Lubna Olayan. Sales and Marketing operations commenced in June 2012 and the manufacturing facility opened in August 2013.
Alubond has been a constant provider of cladding materials for major projects all over Saudi Arabia such as ITCC (Information Technology and Communications Complex). Al Hassan Mall and the Al Fateh Petrol Station are among the other projects undertaken in Saudi Arabia.
